His industry experiences span specialized telecommunications, startup and emerging specialty pharmaceuticals and high tech companies and more mature businesses.
He forged his initial Management Skills and Leadership abilities while preparing his Team and leading their operations in combat as a Navy officer in Vietnam. From there he has held increasingly more responsible positions at Cincinnati Bell, AT&T, and Teleport Communications Group, where he was Vice President of Human Resources and led employee growth from 225 to nearly 5,000 in 7 years.
