Chapter 24 provides a new counseling service designed exclusively for established business organizations in Morris, Sussex and Passaic Counties. Mobile Team counseling (MTC) is a new service that complements our traditional free counseling services for small business and startup of a new business.

Mobile Team Counselors are selected to provide capabilities that may focus upon these critical business functions:

• Business Strategy and Planning
• Finance including P&L and Cash Flow improvements
• Operations and Organization
• Marketing and Sales
• Human Resources

As with any professional consulting practice, the MTC counseling service includes working with its clients to gain a solid understanding of the client's business, issues and objectives; developing recommendations for change; and, working with management to implement recommendaed changes.

Please follow these instructions as you request MTC counseling:
Complete all the information on the Request for Counseling Form. Under Nature of Counseling you are seeking, please select Other.

Then, In the box entitled Specific Assistance Requested, enter the words Mobile Team Consulting and then describe the nature of MTC counseling desired.
